Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

MeraJyotish sells digital products only — astrology PDF reports and AI astrologer chat. There is no physical shipping, and no shipping charges ever apply.

2. Reports

• After your payment is successfully confirmed, your report is generated automatically and is made available in your dashboard.
• A secure download link is also emailed to your registered email address, typically within a few minutes of payment (and usually instantly).
• During periods of high demand or third-party delays, delivery may occasionally take longer. If you have not received your report within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder and your dashboard, then contact us.

3. AI Astrologer Chat

AI astrologer responses are delivered instantly within the chat window after each message is sent and charged from your wallet.

4. Delivery Issues

If a payment is confirmed but you do not receive your report, contact us at merajyotish.in@gmail.com with your order ID. We will re-deliver your report or resolve the issue promptly.
