• Account data: your name and email address. We use passwordless sign-in — a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email, or your basic profile if you sign in with Google — so we do not store any passwords.
• Birth details: name, date, time and place of birth, gender and the coordinates/timezone derived from your birth place. These are required to compute accurate astrology reports and AI readings.
• Transaction data: wallet top-ups, orders and payment references. Card, UPI and bank details are processed directly by our payment partner and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected to keep the Services secure and reliable.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalised reports and AI astrologer responses.
• To process payments, maintain your wallet and deliver your PDF reports by email.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

3. Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you pay, you interact directly with Razorpay’s secure checkout. We receive only a payment confirmation and reference identifiers — never your full card or bank credentials. Your use of Razorpay is also governed by Razorpay’s own privacy policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Services, strictly to the extent needed, including:

• Our astrology calculation/AI provider (to compute your charts and readings);
• Razorpay (to process payments);
• Our email provider (to deliver reports and notifications);
• Hosting and infrastructure providers; and
• Authorities, where required by applicable law.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and security headers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, accounting and tax requirements. Birth details submitted for AI chat sessions are used to generate your reading and are not added to your public profile.
